Please note that participation at the 2024 FoT Summit is by invitation only.

If you are interested in attending the FoT Summit, please fill this form and submit.

The same form can also be used to suggest transportation community stakeholders you think would make good contributions to the Summit. You can submit multiple suggestions. Notifications will then be sent to those who are invited to register for and attend the 2024 FoT Summit. The rationale in part is that there are strict space constraints that must be satisfied.

There are no registration fees for participation at the Summit.

Security and Entry Procedures – Please also read this information.

The 2024 FoT Summit is being held at the US DOT Headquarters in Washington DC. All entrants to the building MUST be on a pre-registered list several days before the Summit begins on August 13, 2024. In addition, TSA-like security protocols will be followed, and Summit participants must be escorted into the building by authorized US DOT personnel after security clearance.

Due to the large expected attendance count, Summit attendees must be at the US DOT Headquarters an hour before the start of the program. Inside the building, attendees are allowed to stay only within the Summit, posters and demo areas. Straying away into other areas will trigger security protocols. Also, if you need to leave the building for any reason, you would need to be escorted to the exit and MUST go through security again to re-enter the building. Since checking electronics and other items will consume additional overhead, if you do not bring large electronics items (including laptops), that would accelerate the security process.
